This unique handwoven grain sack runner was crafted by the Yörük people, one of the last remaining semi-nomadic communities in Turkey, who traditionally live in the highlands of the Taurus Mountains. Known for their deep-rooted weaving culture, the Yörüks are celebrated for their skillful use of world-renowned Turkish cotton, especially the high-quality cotton grown in the fertile lands of Çukurova.
Each piece is woven on traditional hand looms and reflects the timeless art of Anatolian textile weaving.
